Changes to the country’s corporate culture are being introduced by both the Government and industry.
The UAE Gender Balance Council, established in 2015 and chaired by Sheikha Manal Bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has initiated many new strategies for female empowerment.
On the industry side, companies like ours are also playing their part. As CEO Mohammed Mohebi succinctly puts it: “When you have a gender-balanced workplace, it creates a more dynamic environment for doing things differently”.
